Managing Director, Capital Markets

Ms. Greiner joined The Longwood Group as Managing Director, Capital Markets in July 2021 with primary responsibility for developing the capital plans and leading the execution of capital market financings to support portfolio businesses and to meet clients’ investing objectives.  Prior to Longwood, Ms. Greiner was Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications for Trinity Industries, Inc., a Dallas-based railcar leasing and manufacturing company, where she led the company’s investor relations function for nearly a decade.  Her abilities to build institutional relationships and effectively communicate company strategy, financial performance, and industry fundamentals earned her recognition from Institutional Investor magazine as a Top Mid-cap IR Professional in 2016 and 2020. 

During her time at Trinity, Ms. Greiner also served as Executive Director, Corporate Strategic Planning, where she had a significant role in planning and executing the separation efforts for Trinity’s tax-free spin-off in 2018, as well as the strategic positioning of the new company investor narrative for the rail-focused strategy.  Prior to Trinity, Ms. Greiner worked for hedge fund manager HBK Capital Management responsible for trade desk system and portfolio compliance procedures. She began her career at Accenture as a consultant in the Finance and Performance Management practice working for major clients including Belo Corp., Blockbuster, and AT&T Wireless.  Ms. Greiner serves on the Board of Directors for The CIRI Foundation, a private endowment for the Cook Inlet Region, Inc. shareholders, an Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) corporation.

Ms. Greiner received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University with majors in Finance and Marketing.
